For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Also, we participate with Care Credit and Lending Club to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). Arrangements for Care Credit and Lending Club should be made, prior to your first appointment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.
If you have dental insurance please bring your insurance card with you at the time of your initial visit. As a courtesy to our patients we will file your insurance claim for treatment rendered.
We accept most insurance plans. Keep in mind that most dental insurance plans will cover only a portion of the treatment cost. It will be your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by the insurance company.
At your request, prior to treatment we will submit a Pre-determination request to your dental insurance company. This provides information about what the dental insurance company will cover and your out of pocket expense. The estimated out of pocket expense will be due at the time of treatment unless a payment plan is established.
